John Lewis Christmas covered

It never fails to amaze me how quickly time disappears at the time of year. We have gone from too early to be organised for Christmas to mad panic and not enough time to fit it all in. John Lewis never fail to capture my heart with their Christmas advert and this year was no exception. That cute bear, rabbit and the magic of giving at Christmas! Back in September I nipped along to the John Lewis Christmas preview – wow how time does indeed fly. To say they have Christmas covered is an understatement. Glittering decorations, party outfits, cosy jumpers and must have gifts.
“Inspired by Christmas past, sharing winter stories and reconnecting with the natural world, John Lewis embraces the traditional fabrics, toys and colour palettes synonymous with the festive season. Developed using 5 key themes: Rural life, odyssey, vintage market, wood and forest festival”

To the staff at John Lewis Christmas is a year round job and preparations for this year started in January! I came home with an amazingly festive goodie bag. I have included some of the contents below as they would make ideal presents.

John Lewis Nail Polish

Edinburgh Gin Company Spiced Orange
This is amazing in cocktails or mixed with mulled cider. The raspberry gin is also exceptional.

Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish.
Liz Earle is my mums favourite skin care brand. No prizes for guessing where this is going.
